MISSION

Working in the Marketing and E-Commerce team, the mission of this role is to grow and maintain Sport Zone's social media channels. It will take care of the content management and dynamization of the brand in the different social networks, as well as customer service through those channels. It will participate directly in the generation and content scheduling. We are looking for a person passionate about digital communication and always up to date in fashion sports and technology.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Build and continuously improve Social channels and promote Spot Zone through Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other channels
  • Ensure that content is streamed on all Social channels
  • Create and retain customers through social channels
  • Maintain and enhance online activity by generating value content
  • Relate to brands and third parties in the promotion of campaigns and contests
  • Develop strategies and ideas that help improve the number of followers and Brand´s  engagement and reach

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree related to Digital Marketing
  • Experience between 1 and 2 years in a similar position
  • Professional level knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Linked In)
  • English B2 (valuable)
  • Spanish B2 (valuable)
  • Customer service Oriented
  • Excellent writing and spelling
